These terms govern your use of the FREAKLABS website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or buying from us, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and complete.

We work hard to describe our products, ingredients and images accurately, but packaging, formulations and label design can change. Always read the label on the product you receive before use.

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under medication or managing a medical condition.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and discounts can change without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout, except for eligible cash on delivery orders. If a pricing or listing error is discovered, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or a delivery address we cannot service. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.

We ship across India. Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or events outside our control.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to us within 48 hours.

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened tubs cannot be returned as they are consumable goods, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned item reaches us and passes inspection.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts involved in misuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

Authenticity is guaranteed only on products bought from this website or from our authorised retail partners. We are not responsible for products sourced from unverified sellers.

All content on this site — the FREAKLABS name, logo, product names, artwork, photography, copy and design — belongs to FREAKLABS and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape data at scale, place fraudulent orders, or post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in reviews or messages.

To the extent permitted by law, FREAKLABS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
